Standard Refund Terms

Cancelation of any service or product is subject to Amity IT’s terms and conditions. Any request for refund or account credit must be received in writing from an authorised representative of the customer as noted on Amity IT’s customer account. Refunds and credits will be reviewed by Amity IT, where in line with refund policies for the type of product or service, refunds will be issued by direct deposit within 7 days of approval and notification of the direct deposit details. Amity IT accepts no responsibility for supply of incorrect direct deposit details provided by the customer and deems the customer to have received a refund at the point that a successful transfer of the refund amount is confirmed by our banking institution.

Services

Post Paid Consulting and Technical Support

No refunds will be provided once services have been completed. Invoices are issued after work has been completed.

Pre-Paid Consulting and Technical Support Plans

Refunds are available prior to the commencement of the support period. No refund is available once the purchased period of support has commenced.

Software and Web Development Project Deposits and Progress Payments

Refunds are not available on project deposits, Customers should ensure that they notify Amity IT any intent to cancel any project as soon as possible to minimise the risk of overrunning the project deposit. Where the costs of the project exceed the project deposit before cancellation has been received, the customer will be invoiced the shortfall up to the completed project costs.

Adhoc Software and Web Development

No refunds will be provided once services have been completed. Invoices are issued after work has been completed.

Domain Name Purchase/Renewal

Refunds are available when invoiced in advance of renewal/registration being performed with the registry. No refund is available once the domain name has been registered/renewed with the registry.

Hosting packages

Refunds are available prior to the commencement of the hosting period. No refund is available once the purchased period of hosting has commenced.
